Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a skilled Plumber and Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking reactive repairs across the local area.

About the Job
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and 22 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform trade tasks including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch repairs, and decorating
2. Fit level access shower trays in concrete or timber floors, including 'noggin' between joists to suit tray size
3. Fit baths, WC's, shower units, WHB's, screens, and disabled grab rails
4. Be able to perform at least two other trades to an excellent standard (Carpentry, Flooring, Tiling, Decorating)
5. Have full current driving license and experience of working in building maintenance
