Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions in London. As a leading FM Service Provider, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
About the RoleThis is a temporary ongoing position with immediate start dates available. The successful candidate will be required to work on a variety of tasks including electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, preferably with NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications, and experience working with 17th / 18th Edition.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lighting: Installation, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballast, control panel, and power distribution
- Emergency Lighting
- Air Conditioning: Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers: Reset
- Water Treatment: Temperature checks / Not dosing
- Plumbing: Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System: Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems: Monitor / Take readings
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 and 17/18th edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
The hourly rate for this position is £24 per hour. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a rotating shift pattern of 6:00 am - 15:00 pm and 13:00 pm - 22:00 pm.
