Building Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Compliance Specialist to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about ensuring a safe working environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Health and Safety Team and contributing to our company's commitment to excellence. We offer a competitive salary package including £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement a comprehensive electronic system for managing health and safety actions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compile and present health and safety data in a format suitable for analysis.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to review contractors' documents and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the administration of Health and Safety Committee meetings and programs.
- Lead the consultation process for health and safety matters.
- Support managers in assessing Display Screen Equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Data structuring and presentation skills.
- Analytical and questioning skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Skill in report production and analysis.
