Exciting Opportunity for a Fire and Security Professional

The ITS Group, a Hampshire-based security specialist, is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team.

This challenging role offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to work on a variety of fire and security systems across commercial and domestic environments in Hampshire, with no London work required.

Job Description:

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and related security systems.

You will provide excellent customer service, explaining system operation to clients and ensuring their needs are met.

You will also complete relevant paperwork, including reports, service sheets, and compliance documentation.

In addition, you will ensure all work complies with current health, safety, and fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and related security systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and explaining system operation to clients.
  • Completing relevant paperwork, including reports, service sheets, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensuring all work complies with current health, safety, and fire safety regulations.

Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities.

A attractive call-out rota and company van are also included in the package.

You will receive 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, providing a great work-life balance.
