Job Title: Naval Mission Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Naval Mission Management Specialist to join our team at OSI Maritime Systems. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in the development and integration of advanced naval systems for security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of integrated mission management systems (IMMS) for patrol boats and offshore patrol vessels (OPVs).
  • Executes market analysis of full MMS solutions and subsystems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develops system designs, defines architecture, interfaces, and specifications, and performs trade-studies to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate design and integration of subsystems and total systems.
  • Participates in customer design reviews and acceptance events to ensure seamless system delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and engineering IMMS solutions in a naval, government, or industry role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of combat sensor and weapon markets for patrol boat and/or OPV size vessels.
  • Proven track record in timely delivery of engineering-related projects and excellent knowledge of systems engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a location-relevant security clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
