Job Overview
\As a Retirement Living Manager at Churchill Estates Management Ltd, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retirement Living development. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, and supporting them in their daily lives.
\The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating events and activities for Home Owners, and providing support to the Area Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.

\About You
\We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\A successful Retirement Living Manager is someone who is highly organised, with excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage budgets effectively.
\You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to putting the needs of our Home Owners first. You will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals, and to provide support and guidance to others when needed.
