We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Clinical Practice Development Nurse to join our healthcare provider's Quality & Compliance team. As a Clinical Practice Development Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of care, compliance, and best practice standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with active NMC registration, possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with neurological conditions and complex care, and have knowledge of the new CQC single Assessment Framework, Quality Statement legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the management team across homes to ensure care plans are tailored to the individual needs of residents. You will also provide clinical guidance through clinical group supervisions, supporting the team where necessary.
