Eulogy Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Eulogy Specialist to join our End of Life Services team at Southern Co-op. As an integral part of our funeral home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care and support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Building strong relationships with families and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral arrangement process
2. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, and regulatory requirements
3. Facilitating Reflection Room visits for families and conducting daily checks on deceased individuals
4. Participating in community engagement initiatives to promote the End-of-Life Services / Southern Co-op brand

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a high level of understanding, empathy, and compassion. You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 31 days annual leave, 20% store discount, healthcare cash plan, share incentive plan, NEST pension, and cycle-to-work scheme.
