Pet Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Waterlooville Vets for Pets. As a key member of our reception team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team, providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your great client service skills will ensure that our clients leave feeling satisfied and confident in the care their pets receive.
Responsibilities include greeting each client, offering support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. You will also coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day routines using our online booking system, requiring computer literacy.
This is a Part Time role working 30 hours per week with 1 in 4 Weekends (Saturday days).
