Pet Care Assistant - Waterlooville Vets for Pets

We are seeking a skilled Pet Care Assistant to join our team at Waterlooville Vets for Pets. As a vital part of our reception team, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, building rapport with our clients, their pets, and the practice team. Your ability to manage payments and future bookings with confidence will ensure seamless operations.

You will work closely with our online booking system, coordinating day-to-day routines and tasks. This Part Time role works 30 hours per week with 1 in 4 Weekends (Saturday days).

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team
  • Manage payments and future bookings with confidence
  • Coordinate day-to-day routines and tasks using our online booking system
