We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Waterlooville, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and serving of food to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly and meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens, with efficiency and safety.
- Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Assist with food waste management and recycling initiatives.
- Support the kitchen team with any other duties as required to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is highly desirable.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge, with a Food Hygiene Certificate being a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
