Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Kitchen Director:
We're seeking an experienced kitchen director to lead our culinary team at a busy customer site. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for food preparation, cooking and presentation, as well as supervising staff and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards
• Manage budgets and meet financial targets
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  1. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification
  2. Diploma in Professional Cookery (min. Level 2)
  3. Contract catering experience
  4. Excellent leadership skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure
