**Salary:** £55,000 per annum
Leaders In Care Recruitment is a leading provider of complex care services in the UK. We are currently seeking a Nurse Specialist - Quality and Delivery to join our team.
This permanent, full-time position will be based at our head office close to Portsmouth, with regular travel to individual sites.
The successful candidate will have a passion for developing the quality and delivery of clinical care. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care, working closely with our leadership to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of £55,000 per annum.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
- Demonstrate evidence of professional development
- Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
As a Nurse Specialist - Quality and Delivery, you will:
- Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
- Support with clinical audits and conducting investigations
- Provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements
The estimated salary range for this role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
