About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. As a key member of the quality and compliance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services throughout the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of service delivery.

This role requires strong data collection and presentation skills, as well as experience working in the care sector. You will need to have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to services in various locations.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
  • Understanding of service delivery
  • Root cause analysis knowledge

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (40 hours per week).

  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring the audit programme is followed
  • Carry out audits according to the company schedule and direction from the Quality and Compliance Manager
  • Liaise with Heads of Departments for quality improvement initiatives and auditing
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for service delivery

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum. Our comprehensive benefits package includes enhanced rates for overtime, pension scheme, and more, worth up to £5,000.
