Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Waterlooville, UK. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support via various channels.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and a working knowledge of using computers, preferably in a retail setting. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues with efficiency and professionalism, monitoring and logging incoming emails, and maintaining accurate records of customer contact. Additionally, you will develop a knowledge and understanding of our products and services, provide timely updates to customers, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and tickets
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism
• Monitor and log incoming emails efficiently and accurately
• Maintain accurate records of customer contact
• Develop a knowledge and understanding of our products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Work weekends and evenings on a rota basis

Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Working knowledge of using computers, preferably in a retail setting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
