Customer Service and Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team in Waterlooville, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
  • Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by store management, driving sales growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
