Support Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Specialist to join our beBee Professionals team in Waterlooville. This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, along with the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in disability support.
Key Responsibilities:- SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN THEIR DAILY ACTIVITIES AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
- IMPLEMENTING CARE PLANS AND MONITORING PROGRESS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL OUTCOMES.
- FACILITATING COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL OUTINGS FOR SERVICE USERS TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND SOCIABILITY.
- A high school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is preferred.
- Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
- Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
