Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to make a significant contribution to our risk management function and help drive our company's continued success.

About the Role
As a Compliance Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking a risk-based second-line monitoring function, ensuring that our policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us maintain a robust control environment, enabling us to manage risks effectively and protect our clients' interests.

Main Responsibilities
- Undertake second-line of defence compliance monitoring to review the effectiveness of our controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure we remain compliant with relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management on compliance matters

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, accounting, finance)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
