Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team in Waterlooville, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
