Compliance Officer Lead

Care Compliance Officer needed for Cornerstone Healthcare Group. Job Title: Care Compliance.
Job Summary:This role involves supporting the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring that quality processes are delivered effectively throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be required to collect, analyse and report data to ensure quality service delivery. Additionally, you will need to work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement new initiatives.
- Travel to various locations across the UK including Hampshire, Surrey, Bristol and Birmingham
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Heads of Departments to facilitate quality improvements
- Providing ongoing support to teams and systems to enhance service quality
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of experience working in the care sector, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
Additionally, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements of the job.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,200. The benefits package includes enhanced rates for overtime, pension scheme and other additional perks.
