EMEA Channel Sales and Partnerships Director

This is a unique opportunity to build and manage a high-performance partner team, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.
As a Channel Manager, EMEA at JFrog, you will develop and execute a strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a high-performance partner team in EMEA.
- Drive revenue growth through effective partner management and sales strategies.
- Train and mentor team members to achieve success.
- Establish best practices and methodologies to ensure team performance excellence.
- Recruit, train, and optimize a team of partner managers and sales representatives.
- To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of B2B sales management experience in SaaS companies.
- Proven success as a sales leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment and inspire team members.
- Excellent written and spoken English, as well as technical aptitude.
