EMEA Channel Sales and Partnerships Director

As a Channel Manager, EMEA at JFrog, you will develop and execute a strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-performance partner team in EMEA.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective partner management and sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve success.
  • Establish best practices and methodologies to ensure team performance excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and optimize a team of partner managers and sales representatives.
  • To succeed in this role, you'll need:
    • 10+ years of B2B sales management experience in SaaS companies.
    • Proven success as a sales leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment and inspire team members.
    • Excellent written and spoken English, as well as technical aptitude.
