Global Channel Growth Manager

Holt Executive Ltd, a leading innovator in navigation and robotics for autonomous systems and sensing solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Channel Development/Strategy Manager – EMEA to drive global distribution/channel strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the APNT industry, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in channel sales management. They will be responsible for creating and executing a channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying and onboarding potential channel partners, and analysing market trends to optimize channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth through partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Sales Enablement & Training:
- Provide regular training and technical guidance to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell solutions.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to develop sales tools and promotional materials that support channel partner success.
- Ensure partners have access to accurate product information and industry insights.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to senior management, providing valuable insights into channel performance.
- Maintain up-to-date information on sales pipelines and partner performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage partner accounts and track opportunities.
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Holt Executive Ltd offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
