We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Growth Channel Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth and innovation within our organization.

We organize a series of 12 global private equity events every year, attracting 3,000+ GPs and 2,000+ LPs. Our goal is to become the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking in the industry.

Job Description

The Growth Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints. You will also develop company branding and work closely with the wider growth team to execute outbound marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
  • Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop company branding to establish Private Equity Insights as the leading industry platform.
  • Work closely with the growth team to execute marketing campaigns and maintain the contact database.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 1+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree, possibly followed by a Master's degree. A strong aspiration to become a world champion in a field or leader of the company of tomorrow is essential. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including travel opportunities and a chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
