Senior Channel Growth Strategist

Grafana Labs, a leading provider of observability solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Channel Growth Strategist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our partner ecosystem.
Estimated Salary: £197,000 - £215,000 per annum
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual with a proven track record in channel sales and strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key partners, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth through effective partnership development and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth through effective partnership development and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of partner engagement, sales performance, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective partnership development and execution.
- Deep understanding of the UK market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
