Regional Business Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at AdMore Recruitment. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of a group of businesses across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers, ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
- Have responsibility for managing the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region.
Requirements
- Education or Training background
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
