About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Quorum Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth across multiple product lines and business units in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales function for the EMEA region with a high degree of complexity across products and business units.
  • Develop, drive, and execute on sales plans that maximize Quorum's footprint and value within our EMEA region.
  • Hit revenue goals for the region.
  • Build and develop trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors in the region.
  • Serve as a thought leader and work closely with internal Quorum resources to create a compelling message for clients from initial contact through to end-user experience.
  • Lead and foster company-to-company relationships to maximize sales.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and develop all team members at all levels within Quorum's EMEA sales organization.
  • Implement innovative new processes and/or projects for the company.
  • Attain targeted sales goals and team performance.
  • Sponsor and institutionalize innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales.
  • Identify new opportunities and build credibility with customers.
  • Lead a team focused on building a cooperative and successful team environment.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Quorum offering.
  • Build and develop market awareness and brand recognition in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or business discipline.
  • At least 15 years' experience in software sales, preferably with knowledge of the energy industry and/or Quorum suite of software offerings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of regional sales leadership, including successful team leadership, development, and mentorship.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing selling strategies for software system solutions.
  • Advanced English level – verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and innovative individual who can work independently while leveraging various internal and external groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills: the ability to gain support of ideas, proposals, and solutions.
  • Results-oriented: ability to focus on desired outcomes and the means to achieve them.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry trends and challenges is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to prepare briefings about the business, technical, and financial benefits of our solutions.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to different audiences within our prospects and clients.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing an extraordinary level of service.

Additional Details

  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally 30-50%. Must have a valid passport.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Business Solutions in the United Kingdom or Spain is valued. Company might pursue visa sponsorship for this position at its sole discretion.
