**Regional Sales Director Opportunity at Insightsoftware**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our FP&A Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the EMEA region.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive regional growth, exceed sales quotas, and achieve high levels of client satisfaction. You will lead a team of six sales professionals who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP) to new and existing clients across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and exceed sales quotas
  • Lead a team of six sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide inspirational sales leadership
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, and customer success groups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize MEDDIC to drive sales pipeline generation and management

Requirements

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales quotas
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and analytics
  • KPI-focused, engaging presence, authentic, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Experience managing sales teams and an existing book of customers, alongside new business generation
