Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Gigamon, a leading provider of network visibility and analytics solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Gigamon remains competitive in the market
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct selling experience in the Networking or Network Security space
  • Advanced level of specialized knowledge, with record of sales success; expert in the field
  • Experience with SalesForce and disciplined around forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, or related field preferred
  • Background in sales engineering, or training in CS, IT, EE a plus
