Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share in the region
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success
- Negotiate commercial conditions with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product is available to customers and to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience
- Fluent in English, with any other languages an advantage
