Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

Verkada, the largest cloud-based B2B physical security platform company, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our Channel Sales team in London.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of 8-10 Regional Channel Sales Managers to achieve individual and team quota.
  2. Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team members, including recruiting, hiring, and coaching new sales representatives.
  3. Reporting on sales activity and forecast to the Director of Global Channel Sales.
  4. Consistently monitoring sales activity and tracking results.
  5. Assisting Regional Channel Sales Managers in closing complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key partners.
  6. Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.

Requirements include:

  1. Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team within a sales environment, preferably in the Channel space.
  2. Channel management experience with Security Integrators and/or IT VAR reseller partners.
  3. Demonstrated sales success, with a proven track record of achieving President's Club recognition.
  4. Successful experience in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
  5. Proven ability to hire and train new sales representatives and coach lower performers to success.
  6. Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
  7. 50% travel expectation throughout your assigned territory.
  8. Must live in London and be willing to commute to Verkada's office daily.
