Job Title: Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to lead our Data Solutions Sales Team in the EMEA region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share in the region. You will lead a team of sales managers and work closely with our country leaders to achieve our ambitious annual growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share in the EMEA region.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with our country leaders to achieve our ambitious annual growth targets.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our commercial leadership team to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
