Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

insightsoftware is a global provider of reporting, analytics, and performance management solutions. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in EMEA, driving growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of six sales professionals selling our Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed team quota and drive regional growth.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, and customer success groups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage the regional territory plan, account development, and pipeline generation activities.

Requirements:

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader with experience selling Analytics/ERP solutions (SAP).
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and analytics.
  • KPI-focused, engaging presence, authentic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing sales teams and existing customer relationships.
