Regional Sales Director

The Sales Director will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive sales targets within their region. They will be responsible for defining the sales strategy, implementing and coordinating the regional sales plan, and providing leadership and coaching to direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Business fluency in Dutch, French, or German is preferred. The Sales Director will be accountable for the execution and achievement of sales goals, including quotas and processes involving sales improvement and generating revenue. They will continuously increase new sales leads, develop strategic alliances and partnerships, and actively review sales activity and performance. The role requires substantial travel within the assigned region and to company meetings and events. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is required, or equivalent work experience demonstrating profound knowledge.
