Job Title: Regional Sales Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Brown & Brown (Europe). As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographical panel of distribution partners and achieving budgeted income objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a meeting strategy with brokers that includes face-to-face and virtual engagement.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities to drive long-term growth potential.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Distribution to ensure decisions are made efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders.
- Implement MI and reporting to track financial performance and ensure it is in line with or exceeds budget.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of general insurance.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Analytical capability and ability to form recommendations based on data and dialogue.
- Ability to understand, decipher, and challenge statistics.
- Commercially savvy and able to evaluate what will work financially and what will not.
