Job Summary:
Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance objectives
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Actively engage in the sales process, consistently exceeding personal sales targets and setting a positive example for the team
- Manage sales performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales, with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights
- Results-oriented, customer-focused sales leader with a passion for exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement
- Confident of passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS checks
