Regional Sales Director Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within Food, Beverage, or FMCG sales.
  • Track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Full UK driving license.
