About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Managers to drive sales growth and market share in the South UK region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Take ownership of the sales strategy for the Region and drive its implementation by providing direction, coaching, and support to your team.
  2. Lead and Develop the Team: Provide excellent line management to the team, focusing on performance, engagement, and development.
  3. Partner with Corporate Accounts: Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify, win, and execute on regional high-opportunity accounts.
  4. Develop Regional Business Plan: Create and implement a regional business plan to achieve sales and lead on KPIs.
  5. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales and lead on KPIs for the Region, including call targets and other Sales Force Excellence (SFE) metrics.
  6. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical professionals.
  7. Understand Business Strategy: Stay up-to-date on the business strategy around products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Strong Management Experience: Proven experience in managing field sales teams, with a focus on sales growth and market share.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Strong business, analytical, and commercial acumen related to sales levers, creation of value propositions, KPIs, and achieving targets.
  3. Healthcare Professional Network: A strong network of healthcare professionals, with the ability to plan and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high quality.
  4. Aesthetics Sector Experience: Experience working within the Aesthetics sector is highly desirable.
  5. Full Driving License: A full driving license is essential for the position.
