Regional Business Development Manager

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the Sports and Fitness industry.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to increase Red Bull's presence in the fitness sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners and fitness professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand visibility through regional activations and promotions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Red Bull's distribution channels.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the fitness industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners and fitness professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand visibility through regional activations and promotions.
- Account Management:
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Red Bull's distribution channels.
- Communication:
- Develop and maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Provide regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the fitness industry.
- Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create compelling stories with commercial awareness.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
