Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the Sports and Fitness industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to increase Red Bull's presence in the fitness sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners and fitness professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand visibility through regional activations and promotions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Red Bull's distribution channels.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities in the fitness industry.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners and fitness professionals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and brand visibility through regional activations and promotions.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Red Bull's distribution channels.
  • Communication:
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the fitness industry.
    • Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to create compelling stories with commercial awareness.
    • Excellent customer relationship management.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
