Regional Business Development Manager

As a Regional Business Development Manager at BSC Education Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the designated region. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Regional Account Director to maximize the potential of the region, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs
- Manage and develop existing and new key accounts, driving repeat sales through B2B networks
- Monitor leads, opportunities, and pipeline ensuring conversion rates increase year-on-year
- Work effectively with BSC's international representatives in the region, ensuring that all agent records are active and up-to-date
- 3+ years' experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment
- Experience in developing new business in any industry within the service sector
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Turkish Speaker
- Previous experience in education sales would be advantageous
