Regional Business Development Manager

BSC Education Ltd seeks an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in the designated region. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to maximize sales potential and drive business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic regional specialist with expert knowledge of the ELT and Pathways sectors, who can monitor trends and competitor activity, and report on market intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and recruitment plans to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and agents, ensuring that all agent records are active and up-to-date.
- Monitor leads, opportunities, and pipeline to ensure conversion rates increase year-on-year.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years' experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment. A second language relevant to the market is also essential. You should have experience in developing new business in the service sector and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

BSC Education Ltd offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. In addition, we offer a hybrid working arrangement, core business hours, 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, a wellbeing day, paid bereavement leave, and miscarriage leave.
