G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Liftco portfolio, including client management, supply chain management, SLA/KPI performance, and full P&L responsibility for your areas of control.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio Management
  • Maintain the integrity of the Liftco portfolio through established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure the portfolio meets high quality standards in all areas of activity.
Statutory Compliance
  • Plan and schedule all inspections in good time and schedule remedial work as required.
Commercial Compliance
  • Satisfy and maintain the commercial requirements of the contract.
SLA & KPI Compliance
  • Ensure all works are carried out and completed to avoid loss or penalty.
Maintenance and Delivery
  • Implement, maintain, and deliver planned maintenance programs across all sites.
Contract Performance
  • Recognize, discuss, and implement opportunities for enhancing contract performance.
Financial Management
  • Maintain the annual financial budget for all sites within your areas of responsibility by meeting financial objectives and targets.

Requirements

  1. Technical Expertise
  • Ability to manage various technical contractors.
  • Commercially aware with a proven ability to successfully undertake commercial negotiations with external customers.
  • Experienced in PFI management, particularly performance measures.
  • Working knowledge of water hygiene management in healthcare premises.
  • Technical expertise and qualifications in Building Services engineering.
  • Qualification in water hygiene management in healthcare premises, or Legionella control/management.
