About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at CK Group. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the hazardous waste management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve total revenue and growth business targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Deliver and promote new service offerings as arising.
- Drive new and existing customer sales for the Treatment Division.
- Directly manage and grow the allocated 'top 20' regional accounts.
- Deliver incoming waste to meet volume requirements of existing / new processes and routes.
- Develop and maintain excellent internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams as critical stakeholders in the sales process.
Requirements:
- Experience of technical waste sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry is essential.
- Experience of negotiating with customers and suppliers.
- Proven track record of sales growth against targets.
- Experience of sales performance metrics.
- Chemistry degree an advantage.
