About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at CK Group. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the hazardous waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve total revenue and growth business targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Deliver and promote new service offerings as arising.
  • Drive new and existing customer sales for the Treatment Division.
  • Directly manage and grow the allocated 'top 20' regional accounts.
  • Deliver incoming waste to meet volume requirements of existing / new processes and routes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams as critical stakeholders in the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience of technical waste sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry is essential.
  • Experience of negotiating with customers and suppliers.
  • Proven track record of sales growth against targets.
  • Experience of sales performance metrics.
  • Chemistry degree an advantage.
