About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Phoenix Group Holdings. As a key member of our Product Marketing Team, you will be responsible for creating and managing product marketing collateral and content to launch and promote retirement income solutions to our key audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact product communications
  • Manage the end-to-end development and sign-off of product marketing collateral
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to enable collaboration and buy-in
  • Report on results and progress against plan, for each activity within plan and against budget on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of the pensions industry; pension and investment products
  • Relevant B2B2C marketing experience
  • Ability to work on, and at times lead multiple activities at one time and manage own workload and the activity of others
  • Ability to translate data or research into compelling insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, persuade and influence in a matrix structure
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and deliver projects to tight deadlines
