We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to become a vital part of the Product Marketing Team within our Retirement Solutions division.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be tasked with the development and management of marketing materials and content aimed at launching and promoting retirement income solutions to our key audiences, including customers and advisers, ensuring effective market positioning of the products.

Collaborating closely with product teams and other departments, you will help shape marketing communications and oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches. You will leverage research insights to ensure that communications are impactful and align with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the comprehensive development and approval of product marketing materials.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
  • Partnering with the marketing team for timely delivery of impactful product communications.
  • Reporting on outcomes and progress against plans, evaluating each activity within the budget on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer and intermediary needs and behaviors to tailor communications accordingly.
  • Commissioning research to ensure product literature complies with Consumer Duty regulations.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of the pensions sector; pension and investment products.
  • Relevant B2B2C marketing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and oversee the workload of others.
  • Proficiency in translating data or research into compelling insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix structure.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, both within the immediate team and across other divisions.
  • Proficient in writing and updating product literature.

  • A keen interest in and aptitude for understanding the products and services offered by the business, as well as the market sector.
