We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enhance the Product Marketing Team within our Retirement Solutions division.

The Role

In this position, you will oversee the development and management of product marketing materials and content aimed at launching and promoting retirement income solutions to our key audiences, including customers and advisers, ensuring the products are positioned effectively in the market.

Collaborating closely with product teams and other departments, you will contribute to shaping product marketing communications and managing the go-to-market strategies for new product introductions. You will leverage research insights to ensure that communications are impactful and align with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing the comprehensive development and approval of product marketing materials.

- Cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

- Partnering with the marketing team for timely delivery of high-impact product communications.

- Reporting on outcomes and progress against plans, for each activity within the plan and against budget on a monthly and quarterly basis (as a minimum) and as required.

- Developing and maintaining a profound understanding of end customer and intermediary needs and behaviors, ensuring communications are tailored to reflect these needs.

- Commissioning research to guarantee that product literature complies with Consumer Duty regulations.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Experience and knowledge of the pensions industry; pension and investment products.

- Relevant B2B2C marketing experience.

- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and oversee the workload of others.

- Capability to translate data or research into compelling insights and recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information meaningfully to diverse audiences.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, persuade, and influence in a matrix structure.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage and deliver projects to tight deadlines, both directly, through agencies, and with the marketing team.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, within the immediate team and across other business divisions.

- Proficient in writing and updating product literature.

Desirable

- Keen interest in and aptitude for understanding the products and services offered by the business, as well as the market sector.
