Role Overview:
In the capacity of Senior Actuarial Project Leader, you will spearhead workstreams within substantial change initiatives and manage small to medium actuarial projects in the Actuarial Reporting and Change sector. Reporting to a Senior Project Actuary, you will engage in a diverse range of tasks that facilitate the implementation of business and regulatory transformations within the models, systems, and processes utilized by Actuarial Reporting and Change.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders across various teams within Phoenix, providing essential insights to support strategic decision-making. Your involvement will span from the initial stages of project mobilization, aiding in the establishment of scope and delivery plans, to the execution phase and Business Readiness activities.
Desired Qualifications:
We seek a qualified actuary with diverse experience in actuarial reporting and change, or other life actuarial fields, who has a proven track record of success in a commercial setting.
Familiarity with financial reporting metrics, including Solvency II and IFRS, is highly advantageous, as is experience in reporting on these metrics. The ability to deliver high-quality work consistently within fixed and often stringent deadlines is crucial for this role.
A strong desire to learn rapidly in a dynamic environment, coupled with a passion for driving continuous improvement, will be essential for success in this position.
You should possess the ability to cultivate strong relationships and inspire action through influence and collaboration across different teams, along with the experience and capability to communicate effectively with a variety of colleagues and senior stakeholders from diverse disciplines within the organization.
