We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at OneMSP. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote tools and collaboration with other team members.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Set up new computers, troubleshoot PCs, and perform basic system configurations.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project installations.
- Provide ad hoc field support as and when required.
- Assist with new site installations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Reliable transportation (reimbursable on a per mile basis).
- Service Desk experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if needed.
