Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at OneMSP. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote tools and collaboration with other team members.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Set up new computers, troubleshoot PCs, and perform basic system configurations.
  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project installations.
  • Provide ad hoc field support as and when required.
  • Assist with new site installations.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation (reimbursable on a per mile basis).
  • Service Desk experience.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if needed.
