About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Consultant to join our team at Phoenix Group Holdings. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality communications to our workplace clients and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging member presentations to support our overall engagement strategies
  • Contribute to projects as an engaged project member and guide smaller projects to successfully deliver communication outcomes
  • Continuously review methods, processes, and practices to maintain the highest quality of deliverables
  • Build relationships and influence within the function and across the wider business
  • Balance workload in the context of changing priorities as business requests arise
  • Exercise own judgement to determine how communications should be written, signed off, and published
Requirements
  • Knowledge of workplace savings products
  • Financial Service industry experience
  • Experience of presenting to end customers or members in a live environment
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and produce quality outputs
  • A willingness to travel
  • Experience of working with compliance preferred
