Cloud Alliance Manager, Integration Ecosystems

We're looking for an experienced Senior Alliance Manager to join our team at FloQast. As a key player in driving strategic relationships with software partners and their ecosystems, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer experience and business success. In this role, you'll work closely with the AWS Partner team, AWS Marketplace, direct sales, account managers, and ecosystem partners to build and execute strategies that bring revenue to FloQast.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Critical Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain relationships with AWS and ecosystem employees, executives, and partners to recommend FloQast to their clients
  • Partner Strategy Execution:** Work closely with N. American counterparts to develop overall AWS partner strategy and execution
  • Joint Sales Collaboration: Encourage and enable collaboration between the FloQast team, the AWS sales team/go-to-market organization, and the AWS Partner Network (Marketplace, VARs, ISVs, resellers, and channel partners)
  • Tactical Planning:** Develop plans to roll out strategic initiatives for the AWS business, focusing across all FloQast sales segments
  • Revenue Growth:** Execute tactical plans using Partnership and company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success) to drive revenue growth
Software Focus:
  • Integration Ecosystem Management: Identify priority integration use cases with product management and engage with customers to scope use case requirements and generate references
  • Pipeline Generation: Help build a pipeline of partners and sales opportunities by engaging directly with integrated software partners and mutual customers/prospects
  • Ecosystem Growth: Manage the ecosystem to 50+ integrations and show incremental revenue growth for related FloQast products
  • Coordination: Work with internal stakeholders: product, marketing, and sales (AMs, ASMs, AEs) to address high-value use cases and drive awareness of the integration ecosystem
Estimate Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
  • SaaS Experience: 7+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies
  • AWS Experience: Direct experience working for AWS in a partner-focused go-to-market role or experience at an ISV building out and owning a partnership with AWS
  • ERP/Accounting Expertise: Expertise in the ERP/accounting/financial management, Office of the CFO domain is a plus
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
  • Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
  • Target-Oriented: Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
  • Teamwork: Commitment to self-improvement and success, team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Organization Skills: Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
